About Me
Growing up in the Robson Valley BC I had exposure to many outdoor oriented experiences, giving me an appreciation for all outdoor activity. Through my early years and into adulthood I became proficient in downhill and back-country ski touring, downhill mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking/camping as well as many more outdoor activities. The common thread between all of these experiences is that I enjoyed teaching all of them, helping to take me in the direction I have chosen to follow. Below I have linked a PDF with tons of games that can be played in all environments with any number of modifications added to accommodate all ages.

Physical Literacy
A large part of what I teach is the importance of the term Physical Literacy and all of its ramifications. The games and activities above build on aspects of physical literacy. In short physical literacy is the ability to confidently perform physically in all kinds of environments-a key lacking point of the current curriculum and something I strive to change. Have a look below at a detailed manifesto discussing physical literacy assessment of youth!
