Work Experience

Assistant Instructor (Practicum) John Ware Jr. High

January 2018 to February 2018

Assigned to this school my experience was extremely positive, teaching me tools needed for hands on classroom teaching as I was tasked with designing and implementing lesson plans for multiple grade levels. During this placement I truly learned what it means to be in the classroom and in the field.

Specialized Forest Managment

January 2012 to September 2012

My time with Specialized Forest Management taught me many lessons of hard work ethics and time on task. It was a labour job with many unforeseeable challenges while working on and around the logging landing hand processing timber, but I thrived in an environment with those types of challenges.

Valemount Swiss Bakery

May 2016 to September 2016 and May 2017 to September 2017

Responsible for all front-end dealings I worked in a three person workplace that dealt with up to 500 people a day in peak summer season. My time at the bakery truly taught me how to approach situations with patience and a smile as to never compromise a customers experience when at the Swiss Bakery. This same skill has followed me into my passion for teaching and dealing with students and teachers alike.
